What will you find here? Ramblings from an aging gamer-miniature painter. When I first started out in this hobby computers were in their infancy and finding other gamers could only be done by going to conventions or as in my case bumping into somebody who happened to see me reading "Panzer Leader" on the school bus. Look how far we have come! The internet has allowed our small community to be able to connect on a level I never dreamed of when I was but a small lad. What I do hope you will find here is something interesting from one wargamer/miniature painter to another. I paint miniatures somewhat decently, so I will be posting some pictures of my work, and perhaps a review or two of games and/or miniatures. Most of all this is just about having fun and anything I post here is meant to be for that reason.

BLKOUT commission for a friend

My buddy who lacks painting skills commissioned me to paint some BLKOUT miniatures up for him. We started this venture back in late 2024? Anyways this will add to his growing force. 



The following are Badlands Elite Mercenaries. 

4 Szabla Units – Two disciplined riflemen armed with FB-M3B battle rifles for long-range engagements, supported by an EWAR operative to counter data attacks and a heavy marksman wielding the AM-190 Linear Gauss Rifle for high-impact strikes.



4 Banak Dust Elements – Two Banak Grunts with PM50 subguns and disposable launchers for long-distance disruption, backed by a data Specialist and a near-inorganic Djinn equipped with the armor-piercing MASX-101 rifle.

The following are mixture (I got them mixed up in photos) of a Manticor Bratva Team - Manticor Insertion Team - Manticor Cyka (the big dude)

    I like the way the muted tones and soft color gradients contrast with the splashes of color. Very well done!

      Thanks Aaron, I hope all is well with you and yours on the other side of the world. It's a fun little skirmish game. Roughly 10 figures on a side and only a small playing area needed.
