It's been about four or five months since I painted any BLKOUT models. So it was refreshing to come back and do something a little different from my last few projects. BLKOUT is an Ultra Modern, Science Fiction type of game.
These models have been painted for me, just me. That always feels satisfying to say that. Not for this person, not for that person, just me.
Here's a little extract about them.
"Manticor prides itself on physical strength, and their combat tactics mirror this. Implacable in their attack, layers of ballistic armor let the soldiers of the Manticor Borz Force shrug off hits that would incapacitate any other force. Practical and methodical, Manticor Borz may not be flashy, but they'll put you in the ground nonetheless."
You can see why I chose to paint these lads, they are my kind of boyz!!!
Blunt-force trauma is my favorite tactic! They look absolutely smashing, and doubtless, that is what they will do
